DIN Rail Power Supplies
35 mm DIN rail power supplies, 10 W to 480 W
DIN rail supplies clip onto the 35 mm rail next to the PLC and the breakers, which is where most panel builders want their 24 V. The LIMF family covers 120 W to 480 W with an 85-277 VAC input, 4000 VAC isolation and efficiency between 93% and 95%.

Choosing between 120 W, 240 W and 480 W
Size the supply on the sum of the steady-state load plus the worst-case inrush of whatever it feeds, then leave headroom for the ambient temperature inside the cabinet — every one of these parts derates above a certain ambient, and the derating curve is in the datasheet linked on each product page. If you are close to the limit of one size, the next size up is usually cheaper than a fan.
